I picked up the Chicago Lost Cause's record recently, first LP, not bad at all, good hardcore, but with a weird drum production (the toms are really loud). I think they went bad metal.. We really did have a scene there. Punk was new and for it to manifest in a suburban area like that was strange. I was lucky to have been a part of it all. Thanks for the memories.
